Rod Cameron, Chairman
A founder of ANOP, Rod has advised the top echelons of business and government on marketing and communications issues and social trends for over three decades.
His present and past board directorships include the ABC, Australia Post, The Documentary Foundation and Australian Information Media. He is a fellow of the Australian Market and Social Research Society.
As the doyen of Australian journalists, Paul Kelly, said in ‘The Australian’: "Cameron's skill as researcher-adviser is without peer."

Margaret Gibbs, Partner
Margaret joined ANOP in 1980 and is a partner and Director. Prior to this she was Senior Research Psychologist at the Commonwealth Bank and its first female manager.
She is widely recognised for her skills as a strategic qualitative and quantitative researcher. She has particular expertise in key stakeholder and employee engagement and communications research.
A registered psychologist, Margaret is also a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society, ESOMAR and the Australian Psychological Society and has QPMR accreditation. |
Peter Harrington, Managing Director
Peter has over 22 years experience in market research. His career was established as a consultant with extensive business to business research across a wide range of industries. Moving to the corporate environment he concentrated on brand strategy and architecture, communications and customer experience research. He has demonstrated keen insights into customer behaviour and is an innovator in customer experience and brand engagement research.
Peter is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and has QPMR accreditation.

Amanda Hicks, Director
Amanda Hicks has over 15 years experience as a services industry research specialist, with expertise in the travel and tourism, telecommunications, financial services, transport and logistics, and education sectors.
A highly talented quantitative and qualitative researcher, Amanda is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society, ESOMAR, the Australian Psychological Society (Associate level) and has QPMR accreditation.
