Insightful qualitative research has always been one of ANOP's hallmarks. We pioneered the use of focus groups in the formulation of attitude-changing campaigns.
Our approach is to identify the rational and emotional aspects of consumer attitudes and behaviour in order to explain the dynamics of attitude formation and change.
An essential ingredient in our qualitative research is our ability to place consumer attitudes and perceptions in the context of the prevailing and changing community mood.
We have a team of highly skilled and experienced qualitative researchers. Our Crows Nest offices are equipped with 2 group rooms with viewing and audio-visual facilities.
